Our achievements

The objective aimed to oversee the implementation of an Energy Service Agreement (ESA) project with guaranteed performance at the Place Ville-Marie complex. In direct collaboration with the owner-operator, Ivanhoé Cambridge, Altanergy was involved from the preliminary analyses to identify the client's needs, develop the bidding strategy, draft the request for proposals, evaluate the proposing firms, select the winning bidder, review the detailed study, oversee the construction work, commission the project, and measure and verify energy savings.

This project targeted over $400,000 in annual savings and a reduction of more than 3,500 tons of GHG emissions per year.
