Our achievements

Altanergy supported the team of the new Le LUX complex in Ottawa in obtaining LEED v4 Homes Mid-Rise Silver certification. Our mandate included producing a responsibility matrix, outlining tasks, deliverables, and the schedule for each LEED credit requirement. This matrix served as a guide for every member of the project team, facilitating the production of the necessary documentation. Altanergy coordinated the creation of the required documents and calculations, provided technical support to the project team, and performed quality control on all LEED documentation.

We also oversaw the certification process, including registration, reviews, communication with the CaGBC, and management of LEED Online. As a sustainable building consultant, our mission was to ensure the achievement of the environmental objectives for the Le LUX complex.
