Our achievements

For this project, Altanergy's experts conducted a preliminary strategic decarbonization study. This mandate included an analysis of energy bills as well as on-site assessments. A techno-economic analysis of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction opportunities was carried out, with three scenarios to meet the company’s corporate goal (50%, 75%, 100%).

Altanergy also prepared a grant application for Énergir and Hydro-Québec, defined the structure for energy accounting centers, and established a strategy for energy savings. At the end of the mandate, Airbus was able to issue a performance-based request for proposals thanks to the measures and financial details provided by Altanergy.
