REFRIGERATION
Performance specification, recommendations, and follow-up of refrigeration system renovation work
As part of the Saint-Lin arena renovation project, our team prepared a comprehensive performance specification aimed at upgrading the refrigeration system. This mandate included analyzing the client’s needs, preparing a detailed technical specification, and evaluating the solutions proposed by contractors.
The identified work notably included replacing the brine pump, the main distribution piping, the condenser water tank, and the brine filter, as well as the complete replacement of the heat transfer fluids. Additional valves were also planned to optimize the safety and performance of the installation.
Our role extended to analyzing the bids received, providing recommendations to the City, and rigorously monitoring the implementation work, ensuring an efficient and sustainable modernization of the refrigeration equipment.
