Our achievements

As part of the modernization project for the Métabetchouan–Lac-à-La-Croix municipal arena, our team was mandated to produce the plans and specifications for all required diagrams in view of replacing the refrigeration system. A complete on-site survey, including measurements and analysis of the client’s needs, helped identify the priority interventions.

The performance specification for refrigeration, plumbing, and electricity notably included clauses for dismantling the existing components, the proposal for the new condenser, as well as a detailed identification of the modifications required to the refrigeration, heat recovery, compressor oil cooling, and domestic water recovery systems. The directives for connecting to the existing networks (refrigeration, plumbing, hot glycol, domestic water) were also part of the mandate.

In parallel, a performance specification for electricity was produced, including dismantling directives, the electrical connection of the new unit, and the specification of the required controls. Explanatory diagrams—dismantling, installation, as well as architectural and structural modifications—were added to the documentation to ensure optimal coordination during the work.
