Our achievements

The construction project for the new Polyvalente in Drummondville was managed by the «Société Québécoise des Infrastructures (SQI)». The organization issued a call for tenders for the commissioning (Cx) of the project. In this context, Altanergy was brought on board as the commissioning agent. The professionals at Altanergy developed the client’s requirements and design basis, the commissioning plan and schedule, as well as static and dynamic verification sheets.

Our Cx agent also participated in the tests and trials, conducted numerous commissioning meetings with the contractors involved, collaborated on training, prepared the project manuals, the commissioning manual, and ensured post-occupancy follow-up.
