Our achievements

The commissioning project for the Île-Perrot Aquatic Complex aimed to define and carry out the necessary commissioning procedures to ensure the proper functioning of the integrated equipment and systems. This process involved managing the performance of components, equipment, and systems according to precise standards. More specifically, this mandate included developing the commissioning plan, creating the commissioning schedule, drafting test and trial sheets, conducting tests, performing verifications and adjustments after installation, producing the project completion manual, as well as the commissioning report, and collaborating in staff training.

The main objective was to ensure that all systems were operational, met performance requirements, and were ready to be efficiently used by the new complex’s patrons.
