Our achievements

Located in the Ottawa region, the Lux is a major real estate development comprising over 600 residential units along with a hotel section. As a consultant specializing in sustainable buildings and commissioning, our mission was to oversee and execute the various key steps of the commissioning process. This included the thorough verification of project requirements, the development of the commissioning plan as well as detailed specifications. We developed the necessary verification checklists and testing procedures, while reviewing, commenting on, and approving the list of tests and trials submitted by the contractor.

After the installation of the systems, we supervised the pre-functional and functional tests and trials, reviewed the corresponding reports, and approved them to ensure compliance with required standards. Finally, we contributed to the development of the project manual, the commissioning report, and the training of the users.
