Our achievements

As part of this project, the Altanergy team carried out a functional recommissioning process of the electromechanical systems at Industrielle Alliance’s headquarters. The goal was to improve system efficiency, equipment performance, air quality, occupant comfort, extend equipment lifespan, and reduce operating costs. A specific analysis of the cooling networks and a feasibility assessment for LEED BE&E V4 certification were also conducted.

Additionally, Altanergy updated the building’s energy model, identified system changes, and new energy efficiency measures. They provided the Energy Use Intensity (EUI) and energy cost indexes, along with maintenance costs for the proposed measures. By the end of the recommissioning process, an approximate 10% reduction in annual energy consumption was achieved, while improving comfort and indoor environmental quality.
