Our achievements

The expansion project for the Lachine Hospital, which consists of seven levels, involved a massive effort in modeling the design plans and advanced BIM coordination. A team of five drafters and a BIM coordinator at Altanergy worked on modeling in Revit, interdisciplinary coordination, and identifying interferences, proposing the necessary adjustments to the design and construction teams.

The interdisciplinary coordination required adjustments to piping and exchanges with other stakeholders, such as those in ventilation and electricity. Thanks to Altanergy's BIM team, project timelines and costs were reduced, and the implementation work was greatly facilitated.
