Our achievements

The Club Med Charlevoix project involved creating the Revit model for the ventilation contractor based on the construction design plans from the engineer. Specifically, Altanergy's BIM team carried out the interdisciplinary coordination as well as the fabrication plans for the ventilation ducts and equipment for Block A of the Club Med complex.

The mandate was carried out in two main phases. First, a value analysis was conducted, including a review of the ventilation plans and an evaluation of cost reduction opportunities. Next, the fabrication plans and drawings for the ventilation ducts were produced and issued.
